Delivery Timeline

We make every set to order. Your delivery timeline depends on two steps:

  1. Nail size submission (required to start production)
  2. Production & shipping

1) Submit your nail sizes

We can’t begin production until we receive your nail sizes.

  • First-time customers: We will send a complimentary Sizing Kit first. A QR link is included so you can submit your sizes.
  • If you already have a Sizing Kit: Please submit your sizes on the Nail Size Profile page.

2) Production time (after we receive your sizes)

Estimated production time: typically 7–14 business days. This may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

3) Shipping time (after shipment)

International delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, local delivery conditions, weather, or peak seasons.

  • Standard (International ePacket Light): approximately 5–21 days (varies by destination)
  • EMS (Express): varies by destination (typically faster than Standard)

Important shipping notes

Standard Shipping (International ePacket Light)

  • Tracking available
  • No insurance / no compensation for loss or damage during transit
  • Often delivered to your mailbox (signature may not be required)

EMS (Express)

  • Tracking available
  • Faster and more secure option
  • Recommended if your order is time sensitive or you want the most secure option

We strongly recommend choosing EMS if you need the most secure option.

Customs, duties & taxes

Depending on your country/region, you may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees at delivery. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not offer refunds for parcels that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

Address issues / returned packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct (we strongly recommend English-format addresses for international shipping).

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or an expired holding period at the post office, reshipping fees will be required.

Need your order by a specific date?

Please contact us before placing your order. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing EMS (Express).
