Because each set is made to order based on your selected nail shape and your submitted sizes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
EU Customers
For customers in the EU: Under EU consumer protection rules, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right may not apply to custom-made or personalized items made to the customer’s specifications. Because aoilé nail sets are made to order according to your selected nail shape and submitted nail sizes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted after production has started.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

- Please make sure your nail sizes are correct before placing an order.
Order changes & cancellations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change it because production and preparation may begin immediately.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and help you as quickly as possible.
Shipping issues (lost / delayed / marked as delivered)
We will always assist you by checking tracking details and, when possible, opening an inquiry with the carrier. However, outcomes and compensation depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping (International ePacket Light): Tracking is available, but this service does not include insurance/compensation for loss or damage. Because of this, we cannot guarantee refunds or free replacements in cases of loss, theft, or carrier misdelivery.
EMS (Express): Recommended for the most secure option and time-sensitive orders. EMS is generally more reliable and easier to investigate if an issue occurs.
If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package, please first check with family members, neighbors, building management, and your local post office. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will guide you on the next steps based on the shipping method used.
Address issues / refused delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unclaimed status, or refusal to pay duties/taxes, we can reship it after you pay the reshipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs duties & import taxes
Depending on your country/region, you may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds for packages refused due to unpaid duties/taxes.
