Order Processing Time

All press-on nails are made to order. Processing time varies depending on order volume and design complexity.

Shipping Methods

Sizing Kit (First-time customers)

  • The Sizing Kit is shipped via Standard Shipping (International ePacket Light).
  • EMS is not available for the Sizing Kit.

Standard Shipping (International ePacket Light)

  • Tracking available
  • Delivered to your mailbox (signature is not required)
  • No insurance / no compensation for loss or damage

EMS (Express)

  • Tracking available
  • Faster delivery
  • Recommended if you need the most secure option

Estimated Delivery Time (after shipment)

Delivery times vary by destination and may be delayed due to customs, local delivery conditions, weather, or peak seasons.

  • Standard (International ePacket Light): approximately 7–21 business days, depending on destination
  • EMS (Express): approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination

If your order is time sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing EMS at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes

Depending on your country/region, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer refunds for packages that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Address Issues / Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failure to pick up within the carrier’s holding period, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost / Missing Packages

For Standard Shipping (International ePacket Light), tracking is available but insurance is not included. We are not able to compensate for loss or damage during transit.

If you need insurance and stronger protection, please choose EMS.

If your tracking does not update for an extended period or your package has not arrived after a reasonable time, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation where possible.
